During the month of February, the Tel Quels festival proposes to question the themes of sexual orientation and gender identity through culture (films, performing arts, concerts, radio, exhibitions, etc.). We believe that this is an effective tool in the fight against homophobia, transphobia and intolerance.
Fifty years ago, following a raid on the Stonewall In, the riots on Christopher Street marked the beginning of a fight for equal rights. Today, our country can boast of being at the forefront in this fight. At the same time, the media increasingly report attacks on LGBTQI, who are often very violent. This is a somewhat surreal situation.
The Tels Quels Festival is two weeks of films, exchanges, a LGBT short film competition, theater, a concert, literary meetings and many other things.
