Traffic congestion due to Ommegang on 4 and 6 July
On Wednesday 4 July and Friday 6 July 2018 the Ommegang will take place in Brussels. This will lead to traffic congestion in the city centre between 7 pm and 10 pm.
From 7 pm the Sablon will not be accessible by car. Following streets will be closed temporarily between 7 pm and 10 pm:
- Place des Palais
- Place Royale
- Rue de la Régence
- Rue Lebeau
- Rue du Lombard
- several streets around the Grand-Place
Parking will be prohibited at several places. It is recommended to avoid the city centre by car.
