Spa-Classic returns from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th May, for a 9th edition, on our majestic circuit in the Ardennes!

Created in 2011 by Peter Auto, Spa-Classic has grown steadily to become one of Europe’s major historic racing events. In 2018, the 8th edition had kept all its promises to the point of beating its record of affluence and to exceed the 20.000 spectators. Will 2019 do even better?

Renowned worldwide and considered by pilots as the most beautiful in the world, the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps will be, for the duration of a weekend, the setting of a unique and exceptional event on which will be launched the racing cars from another time.

The Heritage Touring Cup, which pays tribute to the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps for Touring Cars, is once again one of the star trays. Spa-Classic, these are also night races for the cars of Tourism registered in the tradition of this track.

In total, Spa-Classic brings together more than 300 race cars that the public will be able to meet in the stands and paddocks before they rush to the Raidillon: the sedans of the Heritage Touring Cup, the prototypes of the Classic Endurance Racing and Group C Racing, the exceptional Greatest’s Trophy, the Sixties’ Endurance GT and the Porsche 2.0L Cup.

Always ready to innovate while remaining steeped in tradition, Peter Auto adds an 8th platter to those that the public usually follow and that it plebiscite from year to year: Endurance Racing Legends. There are the most modern cars by Peter Auto, the only ones with steering wheel-mounted controls. Some are GT Prototypes, a category that will return to fashion in Le Mans in 2020. The story is only one eternal restart.

And, as always, the public will be able to approach these exceptional cars.
The Endurance Racing Legends will be held on Friday, May 17th (at 11:35 am and 5:30 pm) and both races will be held on Saturday, May 18th (at 9:00 am and 2:15 pm).

Note that on Saturday, the last race of the weekend will end a little before midnight and will be preceded by a Club session, night laps …
