WHAT?
Ghostpoet is back with a fourth, rock solid album that is shrouded under the cloak of darkness, just like its predecessors. The Londoner – who is both singer and rapper – pushes the beats even further from him and opts for a ‘full band sound’ of whimsical guitars, dark synths and cold basslines. With producer Leo Abrahams – who has worked with the likes of Brian Eno and Jon Hopkins – at his side, Ghostpoet wistfully waltzes between post-punk, hip-hop and jazzy trip-hop.
