The Librebook stand (n. 130) will host the PEN Club Belgique, the EUPL (European Union Prize for Literature) awarded novels and the books of our friend authors living in Brussels: Damir Omeragić, Veronika Valentová, Katarína Varsiková, Mauricio Ruiz, Loranne Vella, Giuseppe Porcaro, Benito Martinez, Aurelio Crespo, Aile Alavee, Pernilla Jourde, Patrick Lowie, Grażyna Plebanek (PL/EN), Joaquim Tenreira Martins, Ana Pessoa, Roland Siegloff,
The Honorary President of the Book Fair, Asli Erdogan, will attend the meeting “Autour d’Aslı Erdoğan : “Poètes … vos papiers !” organised by PEN Club Belgique at 19h at Théâtre des mots, close to Librebook’s stand. She will join us before or after the meeting.
Grażyna Plebanek, co-invited by the Polish Institute, will be in our stand on Saturday 24th February at 15:00.
On Saturday 24th February at 17:00, you are invited again on our stand at the reception with three EUPL awarded writers: Gabriela Babnik (Slovenia), Ioana Parvulescu (Romania) and Carolina Schutti (Austria).
At 18:00 they will present and discuss their works awarded the EUPL with Anne Bergman (Director of the Federation of European Publishers). The event is organised in cooperation with the EUPL consortium and the Österreichisches Kulturforum Brüssel.Entrance at Book Fair is FREE but you are invited to preregister on https://ticket.flb.be/inscription-2018/
