Nuits Sonores
France’s Nuits Sonores is now on to its 15th edition this year and has become an established name to a large number of electronica lovers. An impressive bill combined with remarkable locations & collaborations with local concert venues are the secret weapons of that success. From 14 to 17 September they will be heading up to Brussels for the first time, where the site around the Heizel will be the base of operations. AB is a part of the ‘circuit’ that will take place in various Brussels concert venues on the first night. Just like Fuse, Bonnefooi, Garages Numériques, Le Brass and Les Brigittines, we will be dishing up an evening of idiosyncratic electronica… in the form of British duo Raime.
Raime
Raime sounds like “the DNA of dub-techno, garage/grime and post-hardcore-rock music split into smooth and slick new forms”. A dark, experimental and filmic sound with an excellent live-reputation, their albums are always released on the fantastic Blackest Ever Black-label (Carla dal Forno, Regis, etc.). Toppers in AB!
