60th anniversary? Exact & ha ha ha, olé olé!

Who recorded his live CD-DVD in a full AB? Then called it ‘AB Rose‘? And on the cover: crossed the road at a zebra crossing in a pink tutu à la Abbey Road? Have you got it? Another good one: Sttellla was also one of the 35 artists to adorn his very own can of Jupiler on AB’s anniversary!

The answer is totally the phenomenal STTELLLA: prime musicians who opt for humour, slapstick and wonderfully silly, especially French, plays on words and have been good at it for more than 40 years long now.

So party, even more than usual. Because Sttellla, the alias of frontman Jean-Luc Fonck, has an anniversary to mark, and has chosen just the right day to do so in AB.

By the way, there’s also another new CD out: ‘Regratte-moi dans les yeux‘, an umpteenth pleasant project by this ‘groupe de pression.’

That last bit is still just for a laugh (and beer drinkers know why.)
