The World in Archipelagos, for a multilingual globalization
Meeting #3 presents:
DES LANGUES POUR L’ÉCONOMIE / LANGUAGES FOR THE ECONOMY
Does a linguistic area invent specific social and economic models? What are these models worn by the French language? Are they still relevant, or do we need to rethink them in light of the recent economic and cultural contexts? What are the challenges for a country to seize French to contribute to its economic development and governance? Is a Francophone area in the economic globalization necessary, and how can it be strengthened with equality and respect for differences and identities?
Speakers: François Grin and Monica Jiman
Moderator: Paul Germain
The discussions are in French but they will be translated into English. The entrance is free but is only on registration.
