Traffic congestion due to Belgian football Cup final on Saturday 17 March
On Saturday 17 March 2018, starting at 8:45 pm, Genk and Standard will play the Belgian Cup final. This final will take place at the King Baudouin Stadium. The police expects traffic congestion around the Stadium.
Depending on the number of people before the start of the match and possibly also after the match, following streets may be temporarily closed to traffic:
- avenue Houba de Strooper
- avenue Impératrice Charlotte
- avenue des Magnolias
The buses will be allowed to pass. The avenues in the Park of Laeken have restricted access to traffic.
At the same time, other events take place at Brussels Expo and Palais 12. The police asks to avoid the stadium by car as much as possible.
