Radja Nainggolan ends his career with the Devils: “I’ve always done everything I could to represent my country”

Radja Nainggolan announced on his Instagram account that he would no longer play for the Red Devils.

“Very reluctantly my international career comes to an end…I’ve always done everything I could to represent my country. Being yourself can be bothering …From this day on I will be the first fan…” he said.

Martínez eliminated Radja Nainggolan from the squad with speculation being that the player is a smoker. After weeks of waiting, the Belgian national football team was due to announce the 23 players they would be taking with them to the Fifa World Cup 2018. However, when the time came to announce, team manager Roberto Martínez was quoted on their official twitter page saying they were postponing the decision until 04/06 to further evaluate.
