For its 2018 edition, the BAFF –Brussels Art Film Festival– will take place from the 15th to the 18th of November in CINEMATEK, ISELP and BOZAR.

The selection of this 18th festival includes 11 films in official competition, 6 for the Art Film Prize and 5 for the Discovery Prize. All were chosen from 90 films on art, made in 2017 or 2018 and in connection with Belgium! This year, a new prize will be awarded by a Young Jury and will reward one of these 11 films. In parallel of this competition will be proposed for the first time, an international panorama. It features 9 great favorites from around the world featuring mythical personalities such as author Haruki Murakami, animated filmmaker Hayao Miyazaki, British filmmaker Peter Greenaway and visual artist Andy Goldsworthy. This edition also hosts meetings, a master class, a relocation to Namur and Ghent and sessions dedicated to young audiences.
