Do you have bulky waste? In June it will be collected

Between 3 and 15 June 2019, the Public Cleaning Service is going to be collecting bulky waste in Brussels.

The City of Brussels organises 3 collections of bulky waste every year. These collections take place according to a mixed formula:

– Containers will be placed in districts to allow local residents to deposit their bulky waste: the specific locations of the containers will be announced in a leaflet, distributed approximately 15 days before the beginning of the campaign.
– The possibility is offered to persons who have difficulties moving to ask for removal of their waste directly from their homes.

Each family living in the City of Brussels will have the right to deposit 2 m3 of bulky waste. An ID card will be required in order to verify residency in Brussels.

This waste collection is a good opportunity to get rid of your TV, furniture and other broken electrical devices. Small chemical waste is also allowed (except acids, bases, solvents, injection needles, photo products, and white spirits).

Warning: construction waste, garden waste and tires will not be permitted to be disposed of.
