STEPHANIE STRUIJK in the park, you’ve got to admit we couldn’t miss this angle (struijk = shrub). This Dutchwoman recently took a roadtrip through The States with Daniël Lahous and she returned with a baker’s dozen of new songs, though admittedly not in the language of Neil Young. ‘Ergens langs de snelweg’ is the title of the release, with an accompanying video full of rich imagery and sounds on her website! Nice work Struijk!
