AFRIK FUTURISM is the brainchild of KENYAA, MISTA MONK, and FUTURE ROOTS. Long term stalwarts of the Australian music scene, the trio mash-up African and Latin club music, live percussion and emceeing with a heavily dance floor orientated sound. The infectious rhythms of Africa twist and turn through heavy weight bass, live synths, samples and Afro-Latin percussion while vocalists issue a catchy call to arms for all dancers. AFRIK FUTURISM is a fresh take on ancient rhythms guaranteed to set the crowd alight.
