Learn how to make your very own Belgian chocolates in 3 hours!
During the Belgian Chocolate Workshop you will learn how to temper properly the chocolate, make Belgian pralines from scratch (including the filling!) as well as Mendiant chocolates.
We provide you everything you need and you will make yourself over 30 chocolates to eat on the stop and take home to your friends & family!
The Belgian Chocolate Workshop starts with chocolate tempering in teams. Then each participant will start crafting his own Praline shells before making the praline filling (ganache) from scratch! While the filling cools down we work on another type of Belgian chocolates called Mendiants, its a crispy chocolate base with dry fruits. The workshop goes on with some chocolate stories, praline demoulding, some tastings and a hot chocolate that you will remember! You can eat your own chocolates (over 30 per person) on the spot and take home the ones you won’t be hungry for !
