12:50 – 14:00 Network drink with its EU-giant cake (offered to all)
14:00 – 15:30 Discussion World Cafe “How can we, Europeans, create a democratic community? Attendees can contribute with their ideas in the world café discussion which is organised on behalf of the Bulgarian European Circle and Cooperativa Kreativa Association.
