Want to learn Dutch while singing or do you just like shouting along to Dutch-language classics? Then the Gelukkig Zijn Sessions are definitely something for you! In a relaxed environment, via Dutch-language songs from all sorts of genres, you will learn not only the language but also get to know new people and the Belgian culture.
And, no, you don’t need to be a great singer. Fun and enthusiasm are the main motives. We provide a pianist, a lead singer, the lyrics and something to drink.
To start the third season of the Gelukkig Zijn Sessions on a good note, we will be singing in the theme ‘humor’!
This session is free of charge, by reservation.
The Gelukkig Zijn Sessions
Ancienne Belgique, the Taalunie and ‘Theater van A tot Z’ have been organizing the ‘Gelukkig Zijn Sessions’ in Huis 23 since the fall of 2015. The series would appear to be a hit and is the ideal way to learn Dutch and meet new people in a warm environment.
