5 lusophone authors will gather at Librebook where they are going to declaim their creations on the notes of jazz. Then it will be your turn to get on the stage!

In Brazil, these warm encounters are called “sarau” and carry with them winds of revolution; in Portugal, the “tertúlia” have forged generations of poets and philosophers.

The authors: Adelaide Ivánova, Brazilian journalist and cultural activist, Roberto Parmeggiani, Italian-Portuguese author for young readers / Susanna Busato, poet and specialist in Brazilian literature, José Paulo Pego, Portuguese jurist and poet, and Leonardo Tonus, Brazilian scholar and poet.

The meeting is hosted by Librebook as part of “Brazilian Literary Spring” organized by Leonardo Tonus, Associate Professor at the Sorbonne University, and with the collaboration of Sofia Santos of the Portuguese Language Center (CLP) of the ULB, the Instituto Camões and the Portuguese Embassy.
