On February 17, a group of inhabitants of the Stalingrad neighbourhood in central Brussels is unveiling their newest creation: Point Stalingrad.
Point Stalingrad is a new meeting point in the middle of the Avenue de Stalingrad. It’s a place to sit and read, chat with your neighbours, eat lunch together or organise a get-together.
The launch party, on Sunday, February 17, from 11 am to 2 pm, will include pancakes and hot drinks, stories and other activities.
They’re looking for book lovers who would like to come and tell stories in French, English, Dutch or Arabic – to children or adults. Or to read a poem, discuss their favourite book and help make this event a fun way to fight off the winter blues.
