Looking for an idea to make your house or flat a bit more enjoyable? If you love arts and design, you should have a look at the Uptown Design Tour 2017. What’s the point of this tour? Kunty Moureau, the initiator of the project, decided a couple of years ago to offer designers the opportunity to present their work to everyone in Brussels, which makes design more popular and democratic. As it has been quite successful over the past years, 2017 is the 4th edition of the tour.
For 15 days (it started on the 14th of September and it will end on the 1st of October), you can discover a bit more about design, artistic influences and modern trends in 21 prestigious locations and ateliers on the Boulevard de Waterloo, Avenue de la Toison d’Or, rue du Grand Cerf, rue du Berger and rue de Namur. It is very easy to go from one place to another, and you then can find out a bit more about all the designers that have been selected this year: Hind Rabii, Tim Gosling, Thomas Cappelle etc.
