Special announcement for all music lovers and lovers of Czech culture! The 12th edition of the Czech Street Party is coming soon! On June 14 from 17:00 until 23:00, the celebration resumes in Caroly Street near the European Parliament. This year you will have the opportunity to hear groups of Czech musicians and taste delicious Czech beers, regional specialities and wine from South Moravia. There will also be a program for children.

On the program:
Disconnexion, a Czech funk and disco band from Třebíč, a city in the Vysočina region. Then, it will be the turn of the Prague group Mydy Rabycad who will make the audience on Caroly Street dance with their Electro-pop-swing at 7:30 pm. The musical group Mig 21 led by Jirka Macháček (famous Czech actor and singer) will close the evening with some hard rock at 9:30 pm.
Throughout the evening, the stands of the regional representations will offer you Czech specialities to taste. For students there will be stands where they can learn about Czech universities. The children will not be bored either! Indeed, they will be able to participate in recreational activities commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Velvet Revolution. (In 1989, democracy was established in the Czech Republic following the “Velvet Revolution”.)
