The Brussels Street Photography Festival (BSPF) joins The Photo Academy to celebrate the city of Brussels with a photography contest with a specific theme. The theme of the contest is Brussels in motion.

Brussels in motion as a photography contest highlights the dynamic elements which represent the unique cosmopolitan aspect of Brussels.

The exhibition will last for a month, starting on Saturday, September 15 at 19:00 until Sunday, October 14.  What’s amazing is that the entrance is free and open to the public, so you have a month to check-out the exhibition.

The 12 selected pictures were taken by the finalists, namely:  Charlotte Vandendwije, Dirk Wollaert, Fabricio Santos,  Fréderic Mahy, Kevin Scarlett, Nino Aveni, Rusy Singh, Sean Declerck, Sébastien Bartoli and Sigrid Debusschere.

Since it’s a contest, of course there are prizes involved which will be announced during the opening of the exhibition. There’s also a public prize which will be selected by the audience during the same night.
