From 1 March to 5 April 2019, the City of Brussels launches a citizens’ survey on the BXL20/21 project. This project is designed to adapt the administrative services of the City with the priority to be closer to the needs of the inhabitants. If you fill in the form at the end of the survey, you have a chance to win an electric step.

Soon, the City of Brussels will receive you in an environmentally friendly building that has been completely redesigned in order to be of service to you as comfortably as possible. More than ever, it will focus on dealing effectively with your needs and expectations and be available in several places: in the city centre, in the neighborhoods, online.

From 1 March, we will start with a survey. We want to know everything about your relationship with the administration: why you turn to us and how you do it, and how you intend to do so in the future. We have the questions, you have the answers!

It is also accessible through a number of partner organizations and it is done through direct questioning in the waiting rooms of the City services.
