Green light for the New Year’s celebration in Heysel despite the bad weather
The cities of Bruges and Ostend announced this morning that their New Year’s Eve celebrations are cancelled due to the weather conditions.
In Brussels, the police confirmed that tonight’s festivities will indeed happen at Heysel.
