Marion Cotillard and Adam Driver launched an online appeal to find a dog
Yesterday, movie stars Marion Cotillard and Adam Driver (from Star Wars) launched an online appeal to find a dog lost in the streets of Brussels, where they are currently shooting. The actors posted a search post on social networks after that the dog of their director, Leos Carax, went astray in Saint Josse.
The animal is a 9-year-old fox terrier and his name is Javelot. He was seen last time running in Parc Royal. “We are worried about him and want to make sure he is warm and has shelter and is fed,” Cotillard wrote in the post. While Driver promised: “We will put you in the movie, we will give you chocolate, we will christen your child — we’ll do anything as a way of saying thank you”.
Luckily the appeal worked because the dog was soon found.
“#Javelot – #LeosCarax‘s dog has been found !! Thank you all,” CG Cinema, the film’s production company, wrote in an Instagram post featuring a photo of the dog.
The producer Charles Gillibert, said on his personal Twitter account that the dog had been found “in a little train station,” and thanked “all the people who helped.”
