The new attraction of Place Flagey: The Weeping Elephant
Today, at 16:30, “The Weeping Elephant” will be installed in Place Flagey. After being presented in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, this monumental wooden sculpture will stop in Ixelles and stay there until the end of the Mobility Week in September 2017. The inauguration will take place in the presence of the Brussels Minister of Public Works and Mobility, Pascal Smet, the Bourgmestre of Ixelles, Dominique Dufourny, and the Echevine of the Dutch-speaking Culture, Maite Morren.
