What does Thursday night sound like to you? Does it call for some drinks at Plux or Place de Londres? That is definitely an acceptable option, but Brussels also offers thousands of other activities with which you can animate your evenings. If you aim to be involved in something a bit different and more cultured, consider popping down at the museums on Thursday night.

In fact, from the 14th of September to the 7th of December, the 17th edition of Brussels Museum Nocturnes will take place. What does it mean exactly? The event involves 68 museums of the Belgian capital: for 3 months, from 5.00 pm to 10.00 pm, you will only have to pay 3€ to visit them (1,5€ for 25 and under)! Great plan, isn’t it? Some late-evening openings are even free of charge. There is a calendar online that will give you an idea about which museums are involved and when they are open. Be curious and explore the cultural heritage of Brussels!
