Saint-Josse commune extends its time slots for street parking

The Municipality of Saint-Josse has changed its regulation regarding regulated parking in public areas by extending the paid-parking schedule.

Saint-Josse made this decision following numerous meetings with the citizens during which the inhabitants explained the problems they encounter daily to find parking spaces. In fact, the municipality of Saint-Josse has the least parking spaces per inhabitant at the regional level, but the highest population density. Therefore, it is only expected that parking remains an important issue for the inhabitants.

Bourgmestre Emir KIR explains that « the commune of Saint-Josse had no other choice than to adapt in turn its time slots to allow its inhabitants to be able to park near their domicile without having to drive around for an hour to find a place.

Paid parking has been extended from 18:00 to 21:00 throughout the territory of the municipality of Saint-Josse-ten-Noode.

Therefore, public parking fees are paid in restricted areas (green and red zones) from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 21:00, unless other otherwise defined by the sign or timestamps.
