Strike at Brussels Airport continues: potential delays due to thorough controls by customs officers
Customs officers continue with the thorough controls on Thursday at Brussels Airport to denounce the lack of personnel services that control goods and people. This causes delays of at least one hour for passengers.
This zealous strike will continue Friday, according to Marc Nijs, from the Christian Union (CSC Public Services).
NOTE: Departing passengers are not affected by these actions.
“There will be a similar action on Friday unless we suddenly receive a positive signal from the Ministry of Finance,” reported Nijs.
Similar actions are not excluded during the weekend.
