ZiZi has a new friend

ZiZi has a new friend since yesterday night. 

Following the Saint-Gilles ZiZi (1), the slaughter attempt (2), the hanging (3), a new work has just appeared on a building in the Rue de Witte de Haelen, next to the Petit-Château. The drawing illustrates an act of female masturbation. So far, the author of this graffiti remains unknown.

This work, which might shock some minds, will not however be withdrawn. “We have been conducting the same policy for two years, and we do not apply censorship to this type of spontaneous work.”  explained Karine Lalieux Brussels Councillor for Culture.  “The graffiti will not be removed but the owner of the building may decide to do so” she concluded.
