Eli Hadzhieva studied economics and political science at the Middle East Technical University, Turkey, the University of Manchester, UK, King’s College London, UK, Sciences Po Paris, France and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, France. After joining the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development and the European Parliament as a consultant and parliamentary advisor, she founded Dialogue for Europe think tank in Brussels. She speaks Bulgarian, Turkish, English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
