The Administrative Centre and the liaison offices of the City of Brussels will be closed on Monday 24 December 2018, Tuesday 25 December 2018 (Christmas), Monday 31 December 2018 and Tuesday 1 January 2019 (New Year). This includes services of the Demography (Population, Civil Registry, ID cards, Police Records) and Town Planning departments.
The services of the Town Planning Department (permits, consultation committee, information) will also be closed on Wednesday 26 December 2018.
The reading room of the Archives of the City of Brussels (Rue des Tanneurs 65) will be closed to the public from 24 December 2018 to 4 January 2019 included. The access and copy processes of the building permits archives are not available during this period, at the City Archives nor at the Administrative Centre (Boulevard Anspach 6).
The Archives will be closed from Monday 24 December 2018 to Friday 4 January 2019.
Property Management Agency
The Property Management Agency (Régie Foncière, Place de Brouckère 41 – 1000 Brussels) will be closed on 24, 25, 26 and 31 December 2018, and 1 and 2 January 2019.
