oBelgix enjoys Swiss cheese and the victory of the Red Devils

The Red Devils beat Switzerland (2-1) last Friday night in their first match at the King Baudouin Stadium since their Russian epic. Belgium, which defeated Iceland 0-3 on September 11th when they entered the new Nations League, became head of Group 2 of the league.

On Friday, Romelu Lukaku scored the first goal of the game in the 58th minute. Switzerland’s Mario Gavranovic equalized 15 minutes from the end of the match and thought he was offering the Swiss split point. The second goal of Romelu Lukaku in the 84th minute was his 45th goal under the Red Devils jersey, and also the goal that allowed Belgium to win the match.

oBelgix who obviously appreciated the Swiss cheese confided, « Beautiful victory of our Red Devils!! They offered a nice victory to their public and thus confirmed their status of favorite in this group of the Nations League. »
