The two-year renovation project on Rue Neuve has started

Rue Neuve, which welcomes approximately 44,000 visitors a day has not been renovated in 20 years.

This is about to change as on Monday, October 15, work has begun to renovate the busiest commercial street in the country.  In addition, neighboring streets will be renovated as well.  The renovation project required a budget of over 5 million euros and is expected to take 2 years to complete.

To avoid unwanted inconvenience to both residents and passers-by, the renovation will be carried out in several phases.
