The Tels Quels Gay, Lesbian, Bi & Trans Festival screens some fifty films in Brussels and in a number of cities in Wallonia. The centre of operations is at Passage 44, which hosts encounters, debates, and film screenings throughout the festival. But gay culture is also celebrated throughout the city, in a festival that is not only artistic and cultural, but also activist, social, and festive.
