Belgian Court of Appeals issues order to King Albert II to have a DNA test run within 3 months
The Brussels Court of Appeals has established that Jacques Boël is not the legal or biological father of Delphine Boël and has requested that King Albert II be submitted to a DNA test within the next three months.
Delphine Boël had introduced an action in disavowal of paternity of Jacques Boël, asking that King Albert II be officially declared her father.
Jacques Boël had already submitted to a DNA test in 2013, which concluded that he was not the biological father of Delphine Boël.
