In two weeks the SCNB sold 270,000 Happy Tickets

The SNCB sold 270,000 “Happy Tickets” at the ed of 2018. About 15,000 per day on average, reported the railway company this week.

With this ticket, travelers could travel by train for 10 euros return on the weekend of 15th and 16th of December, and during the Christmas holidays. The route could one of their choice.

“Many new customers have discovered the train as a comfortable, fast and sustainable way of transport at a very affordable price,” reported the SNCB.

In addition to the Happy Ticket, the company also decorated a train with Christmas colors for the occasion. A Santa Claus and a choir also visited the train on several stations.
