Tragic accident on Tour of Poland: Belgian promising young cyclist Bjorg Lambrecht passed away
Belgian cyclist, Bjorg Lambrecht was part of the Lotto- Soudal Belgian cycling team.
He was taking part in the Tour de Poland on Monday when the tragedy took place. This was his second time joining the Tour of Poland, which is a 7 day race covering 600-700 miles.

According to the team, Lambrecht crashed on the third stage of the race between two other cyclist and was soon taken to the hospital, where he passed away.
Lambrecht was only 22 years old and had joined Lotto-Soudal as a pro- cyclist the year before.
He had shared his excitement and expectations for the tour through a video he posted beforehand.
