Vaux-Hall Summer: closing night a musical journey to Amsterdam
On Tuesday August 14th, Amsterdam will be the guest of honor for the closing party of Vaux-Hall Summer.
Located in the heart of the Parc de Bruxelles, Vaux-Hall has been open to the public all summer long. Every Friday, music programming was entrusted to FTRSND and MagicStreet. These two Brussels collectives invite you to the Vaux-Hall Summer closing party this Tuesday, August 14th.
NOTE: This event was originally scheduled for Friday August 17th.
An entertainment venue dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, the Vaux-Hall has been painstakingly restored by the City of Brussels to host an unprecedented and free cultural program every summer. This unique festival offers cultural activities in an enchanting setting.
For the Vaux-Hall Summer 2018, FTRSND and MagicStreet proposed each Friday, a trip to European capitals through sound compositions created by the Séneçon collective.
Together, these three collectives team up with The Concrete Family (which develops multi-phonic concrete audio systems) for a series of travel experiences through an immersive-sound device, as well as concerts and musical performances.
For this last evening, Tuesday, August 14, Collectif Séneçon takes you to Amsterdam. To end the summer of Vaux-Hall in style, the evening will end exceptionally at 1:30 instead of 23h.
