In exchange for 3 used batteries: free entrance to the AF Festival

If the heat in Brussels is getting to you, catch the train or the bus to Genk and enjoy the Absolutely Free Festival. Besides music and fun, it aims to deliver an environmental message as well.

The Absolutely Free Festival is, as the name says, FREE. AFF asks festival goers – according to ecological ideals – to bring at least three empty batteries as an alternative entry fee. Do not you have those batteries? Then we ask for a small contribution of 3 euros. With that small sum every festival visitor helps the nature in the Absolutely Free Forest. This action takes place in collaboration with battery collection organization Bebat and Natuurpunt.

You pay with (at least) 3 empty batteries. Do you have more? No problem, AFF is happy to receive them. All types and sizes are welcome.

Enjoy a selection of over 35 bands and groups: techno, house & bass (on Friday) and indie artists (on Saturday)
