Let’s play some board games!

Would you like to enjoy an outdoor activity over the weekend before everyday’s responsibilities and Brussels’ daily life starts again? If so, it’s worth having a look at the Brussels Games Festival! The event has been hosted in Brussels for the last four editions and this year it will take place this Saturday and Sunday at the Cinquantenaire Park.

All the generations are warmly invited to discover dozens of board games. Hundreds of them will be at your disposal and free to use, and volunteers will make this event friendly and explain you how all the games work. Moreover, you will be able to take part in some tournaments all the night long on Saturday. Specific stores will also hold stands where you can meet up with members from Brussels-based organizations focused on games. And, you’ll have the possibility to purchase several games, as a game fare will also be held during all the weekend.

The 2017 theme is focused on “games of diversity”. In this framework, some video works will be displayed as well as meetings and workshops will be set up.
