Summer Sales 2018

In Belgium, you can only sell products under the umbrella ‘sales’ (‘solden’ in Dutch, ‘soldes’ in French) twice a year. Both periods of sales are determined by law. The second period begins on 1 July and ends on 31 July. But because 1 July 2018 is a Sunday, the summer sales starts today on Saturday 30 June 2018.

The shops of the center open their doors every first Sunday afternoon of each month as part of the ‘Shop on Sundays’ campaign. Participating streets: rue Neuve, the Marolles, the Sablon, the Grand-Place, Dansaert, the Saint-Jacques neighborhood and the Haut de la Ville (Avenue Louise, Avenue de la Toison d’or, and rue de Namur).
