CyCLO reopens its ‘Participatory Workshop’ on Rue de Flandre

CyCLO, the popular cyclists’ cooperative, has reopened its ‘Participatory Workshop’ on Rue de Flandre.

The move has been made in response to CyCLO’s recent growing popularity: almost 300 cycling enthusiasts signed up for its bike mechanics courses in 2018, a year during which the cooperative also offered over 1000 ‘do-it-yourself’ bike repair classes and opened a brand new bike repair shop underneath the Place de la Bourse.

At the new workshop, cyclists can use state-of-the-art tools to fix and improve his or her bike, either independently or accompanied by a seasoned bike mechanic. The workshop also sells new and used bike parts, and will offer courses in bike mechanics for those who are especially keen.
