Four finalists will compete on October 21, 2018 to win the title for Megavino at EXPO Brussels. The Star of Belgian Cuisine contest is organized every 2 years in the frame of the Megavino, the EXPO fair in Brussels.
The semi-final and the final contest will take place on October 21 and the winner will represent Belgium at the “International Global Chefs Challenge” contest of World-chefs.
During the semi-final, the candidates will have to prepare the dish based on the recipe provided by the jury beforehand. The ingredients include some of the best Belgian products.
